Hi, I'm Christina!

I’m a Holistic Health Consultant, Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and mother of three, with over two decades of experience in the holistic health space. My journey has been shaped by both formal study and lived experience—learning not only through education, but through real life, seasons of change, and the evolving needs of my own body and family.

I’ve been a Yoga Teacher since 2007, and over the years my curiosity and passion for holistic care led me to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach and later an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. This path eventually brought me to earn my Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Holistic Medicine, specializing in Ayurveda as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Throughout this journey, I’ve come to deeply value simple, effective practices that support the body’s natural intelligence. Rather than quick fixes or extreme approaches, my work focuses on sustainable, personalized care that honors your whole self—mind, body, and lifestyle.

Wholistic Momma was created as a grounded, supportive space where holistic health feels accessible and empowering. Here, I blend Ayurvedic wisdom, yoga, and lifestyle practices to help you restore balance, build resilience, and cultivate long-term wellness from the inside out.
