Hi, I'm Christina!

My love for holistic health began with my own journey—one that started with a deep desire to feel more grounded, balanced, and vibrant in the middle of the beautiful chaos of life.

Over the years, I’ve explored countless approaches to health and wellness. Some brought clarity and a sense of peace, while others left me feeling frustrated, guilty, or disconnected as I tried to fit into methods that didn’t truly align with me. Through it all, I learned that wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection.

Somewhere along that path, I discovered the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, and everything began to shift. These traditions, along with the experiences of being a mom of three, transformed how I view health—not as simply the absence of illness, but as a deeper sense of wholeness.

My curiosity and passion for this work led me to become a Yoga Teacher in 2007, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and later an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I eventually went on to earn my Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Holistic Medicine, specializing in Ayurveda as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Through my studies and my own healing, I’ve learned that so many of us—myself included— have forgotten how to listen to our bodies. In a world full of information and noise, we’ve lost touch with our own inner wisdom. Through Yoga, we can restore stability and harmony to the mind and body. Through Ayurveda, we can begin to understand the language of our physiology—how our bodies are always communicating, always guiding us back toward balance.

And here’s the beautiful part: these practices don’t have to feel overwhelming, mysterious, or reserved for experts. They’re simple, practical, and deeply supportive tools that can help us reconnect, recalibrate, and remember who we are.

That’s why I created Wholistic Momma—a space to share inspiration, grounded guidance, and approachable practices for your mind, body, and soul. Because everything we take in—food,  movement, thoughts, and habits—either nourishes or depletes us.

My hope is that what you find here helps you feel empowered, supported, and inspired to choose more of what truly nourishes you.

Welcome, friend. I’m so glad you’re here.
